About the Job
Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited is hiring a CA Industrial Trainee in the Compliance Department at its Mumbai office.
This role provides hands-on exposure to regulatory, statutory, and internal compliance processes within a leading banking institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining compliance registers, trackers, and records
- Support preparation and verification of regulatory filings and responses
- Monitor compliance with RBI guidelines and internal policies
- Track regulatory timelines and ensure timely follow-ups
- Draft compliance reports, notes, and presentations
- Coordinate with stakeholders and assist in audits
Eligibility
- CA students eligible for Industrial Training
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
