About the Job
Kohler Co. is hiring an Industrial Trainee – Finance in Gurgaon under a 1-year certification program designed to provide hands-on industry exposure.
The program offers experience across key finance functions, including statutory and group audit support, Ind AS compliance, month-end closures, balance sheet management, SAP exposure, regulatory compliance, and process improvement initiatives.
Eligibility
- CA Inter qualified
- Minimum 1 year of articleship experience with a Big 5 firm
- Strong interest in core accounting, audit, and internal controls
- Available to join in May (immediate joiners preferred)
Stipend
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Location
Gurgaon
