About the Role
CarDekho Group is hiring CA Industrial Trainees across multiple domains at its Gurgaon office (5 days WFO). This opportunity offers real corporate exposure, cross-functional learning and the chance to work with high-impact teams in a fast-growing tech organisation.
Eligibility
- CA Intermediate students eligible for Industrial Training
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders
- Immediate joiners preferred
Responsibilities
1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
- Support variance analysis and business performance reviews
- Work on financial models and data-driven insights
- Collaborate with business teams on strategic decision-making
2. Internal Audit
- Support process reviews and internal control testing
- Assist in risk assessments and compliance reviews
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify improvement areas
- Gain exposure to governance and audit frameworks
