About the Job

IDFC First Bharat Limited is expanding its Finance Team and is looking to onboard Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountants. This role offers end-to-end exposure to finance and accounting processes, compliance, and process improvements within the microfinance domain.

Eligibility

• Semi-Qualified CA
• Strong fundamentals in accounting and finance
• Proactive mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage
• Immediate joiners preferred
