About the Job

Murthy & Co. is hiring an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to join its Bangalore office. This full-time, office-based role is ideal for professionals with strong accounting expertise and hands-on experience managing client accounts, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic CA firm environment with significant responsibility and professional growth.

Eligibility

Experience: 8+ years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Inter CA (preferred but not mandatory)

Salary

Up to ₹9,00,000 per annum (CTC)

Location

Bangalore, Karnataka

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete accounting functions and finalization of accounts for multiple clients.
• Review GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance filings.
• Ensure statutory compliance and maintain compliance trackers.
• Lead and manage statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Provide advisory support on accounting and taxation matters.
• Manage client deliverables, internal MIS reporting, and guide junior team members.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, and Income Tax provisions.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and cloud-based accounting tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and client management skills.
• Leadership ability to manage and mentor a small team.
• Detail-oriented with high professional integrity.
