About the Job

C S D and Co. LLP is hiring a Virtual CFO Associate for its Gurugram (Sector 48) office. This is a full-time, on-site position (6 days a week) ideal for Semi-Qualified CAs or experienced finance professionals looking to build a career in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and startup finance management.

The role involves delivering end-to-end financial support to startup clients, including core accounting, compliance, MIS reporting, and cash flow management, while collaborating with founders and senior leadership to provide strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Virtual CFO assignments for startup clients.
• Handle core accounting, financial modeling, investor reporting, and cash flow management.
• Prepare and review MIS reports, forecasts, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in strategic discussions with clients to guide financial decisions.
• Leverage AI and financial automation tools to optimize workflows and reporting accuracy.

Eligibility

• Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Inter/IPCC cleared) or an experienced finance professional.
• Strong analytical, accounting, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial tech tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proactive, tech-savvy, and eager to work with startups in a fast-paced environment.
