About the Opportunity
Johnson & Johnson is hiring CA Industrial Trainees for a one-year industrial training program at its Global Services (GS) hub in Bangalore. The opportunity offers exposure to global finance operations while working with finance professionals across multiple countries within a multinational healthcare organization.
Eligibility
- CA Final students eligible for Industrial Training as per ICAI norms
- Willing to work from Bangalore
- Motivated and detail-oriented candidates preferred

What You Will Work On
- Supporting finance and accounting processes within the Global Finance team
- Assisting in financial reporting and management reporting activities
- Working on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis assignments
- Supporting month-end and period-end finance processes
- Assisting with data analysis and business performance reporting
- Collaborating with global finance teams across different regions
- Contributing to process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
