About the Industrial Training Opportunity
GE Power India Limited is inviting applications for a CA Industrial Trainee at its Noida location. This role offers hands-on exposure to project finance, cost control, financial analysis, reporting, and compliance in a large infrastructure-focused organization.
Eligibility
- Pursuing Chartered Accountancy (CA)
- Strong technical, analytical, and accounting knowledge
- Basic understanding of Taxation, Accounting Standards, and Corporate Law
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
- Basic understanding of automation and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Working knowledge of Advanced Excel
- Exposure to SAP will be preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Analyze project costs and revenues to improve control over project financials
- Monitor project financial performance and identify budget variances
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders on financial planning and changes
- Support financial analysis and forecasting for projects
- Validate Revenue Recognition as per Purchase Orders and GE Vernova policy in line with accounting standards
- Assist in preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support audit execution
- Ensure proper execution of project booking and timely project closures
- Support GST and TDS reconciliations on a monthly basis
- Prepare financial models and scenario analysis for decision-making
