About the Job
Henkel is inviting applications for the position of Industrial Trainee – AFE IMEA Controlling at its Navi Mumbai location. The role involves supporting controlling and performance monitoring activities, working closely with regional SBU controllers and operations teams to support business analysis and decision-making.
Eligibility
- CA Intermediate qualified.
- Knowledge of finance and accounting controlling with analytical skills and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with ERP systems preferred.
- Effective communication and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Responsibilities
- Conduct research, gather data, and perform data analysis to develop data-driven solutions.
- Track KPIs and provide in-depth analysis.
- Support decision-making through reports, analysis, and information sharing with AO and SBUs.
- Monitor cost development against planned objectives and prepare deviation analysis.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in controlling concepts, processes, and tools.
- Assist in business data analysis and preparation of monthly performance reports.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis tasks as required.
